each took a 1/3 secret interest with QASP only getting 1/3 but reporting as a wholly owned sub of QASP....

Vigil's name is.
I just wrote an email to Donnell asking for clarification, as well as asked her on Twitter. She has never responded to any of my tweets and this is the first email I have sent her.
I understand she is busy, busy, busy.
We'll see how she responds. I shall post it here when/if she responds.

I just think that it is a valid observation, and discrepancy.
It should be simple enough to explain.
