A thought for "longs"... what's to be long about? Obviously the whole MDGC premise and BOISE PROJECT(s) were fictitious. So why not sue for disgorgement?

Go after the pockets of Ray Powers and Val Westergard and John Lehne and Wachtel and the guy with the crappy blog and the others who orchestrated this scam.

Your chances of recovering are far better from disgorgement than they are from expecting these losers to make MDGC a successful scam.
