The PR was more informative of motives. Whether the PR is considered subjective to "luring" is another. APT is a small company and surely they have debt. NO-ONE should assume the company has none. All companies have debt and they made it clear the intent to go public is to raise capital, etc.

ANYONE IN OTC knows there is some % of dilution and those who are investing monies need to conduct a certain level of DD and risk assessment before engaging into a buy or sell.

In the end, you only profit or lose when you sell....
