Definitely not years and not months either. Weeks from now maybe, days from now possible.
I have scoured the internet myself and the best guess I can give you based on what I found is about 5-6 weeks from the affective/distribution date of the dividend based on the timelines I have found showing getting a CUSIP number is week 13 of about an 18-19 week cycle.
