They can't be the first. It's a flawed perspective. EPGL Med can't be the first because EPGL Med never filed a 15-12G. The company before them did. That magazine publishing company. And that company is no longer in existence. The only thing that remains is the ticker.
Technically speaking, EPGL Medical Sciences entered this world already un-registered. All they have to do is 'register'. Not 're-register.' And I am really hoping they never have to.
