Actually I am 100% correct. I am not talking about a short position held at TD.

Get on a plane, fly to Europe and I can give you two major, and I mean really major firms that you open a 7 figure cash account minimum and you can do pretty much anything you want. That my friend is a fact and the firms that do that dwarf all the other short positions by a long way.

I know of what I speak of.
