I don't blame them with the way this stock has been battered. Can you imagine if they sent out an 8-K for every level if they are all negative what that would do to the stock? By the time we got to the final level, we would be at .05. I guess it is just a matter of being patient. I am irritated though that the FDA's processes are not more transparent considering they are funded by taxpayers! They should be accountable and held to a deadline - just like the kinds they impose on the companies they supposedly regulate.
