Hey Global.....Your supposedly a man of facts, & substanciation. Your Quote, "Two Days Ago,(Or So)Someone else Etc". I actually called those stores, Had a conversation with staff, (first hand), and was told "they were doing great". (not sarcasm, just for info)

I really don’t doubt you and I believe what you are saying. I am just parroting what someone posted in the last couple of days. At the end of the day I really don’t think it is going to matter.

Without monies from stocks or somewhere they will eventually die as well. They are losing money so they can’t continue on their own.

PHOT really needed the GIFT program (as it was conceptualized) and they needed the revenue stream from the Canadian deal. Now they just have the stores that are losing money.

This is the third time I have seen this movie. Made money but it seems that the mgmt. teams always get greedy and screw the shareholders.

If the management spent as much effort on building these companies as they do manipulating/selling/printing shares we would all be multi-millionaires.

On a positive note, there are a few other companies out there in this sector that I think folks can make a lot of money on(check out TWEED, trades under TWMJF on greys because it is foreign) but I am afraid PHOT is finished for all practical purposes. JMHO
