I truly believe that with what they have going on right now the SEC isn't the first order of business. I could be wrong but I believe EPGL is a buyout opportunity and at this moment they are focused on their business development what ever that might be. I believe they are working with Google but that's what my DD tells me. If they know they have that going on the SEC wont matter. The dots are all there and they're connecting, They were the first to mention anything about Google glass, one of the first to touch on self powering lenses. All the pieces of this puzzle just are way to specific to be coincidence.
