I got one better than that, imagine the constraints on them with toxic lending requirements. You think these guys are going allow ECOB to run free willy nilly letting them get so over exposed they make Redwood nervous.....That no cash...no credit will stand tall in their way if ECOB promises what they can't deliver. These guys have some huge problems and as I said....no home depot will help and with the way they are doing business....their survival is on the clock.
