Anyone with enough experience knows there's been massive dilution perhaps due go convertible notes turning into common stock and being dumped. This OTC's are very risky and you have to cut losses very quick if trade moves against you or volume dries before you get stuck. It's the pennies and is what it is. Higher risk, higher the reward or higher the possibility of loss.
