WHICH ORDER? Reading the 10-K, it appears BO FORGOT ABOUT ORDER #1 (or the customer said "adios" and cancelled the P.O.)! The 10-K clearly states the INITIAL 120MT SHIPMENT was going toward fulfilling the 8-K announced LETTER OF INTENT PURCHASE ORDER. This was the SECOND purported ORDER! As was posted on this BOARD, there is NO SUCH THING as a "LETTER OF INTENT PURCHASE ORDER," so the 10-K comment is probably BO's effort to JUSTIFY HIS LESS THAN FACTUAL 8-K VERBIAGE!
