"MMDS Owns the United States Patent for the Trans-Dermal Delivery of Marijuana to Humans and Animals. The "TETRACAN Medical Marijuana Patch" for humans and the "TETRACAN Pet Patch" for Veterinary Applications will be perfected and available on Medical Marijuana Dispensary Shelves across the United States in the very near future."
So, if MMDS owns the US Patent, then HTF is this assh*le going to make or sell a transdermal patch without signing a contract/license to pay them royalties?
