Like I referenced many months ago, July 2013, SMME has a brilliant inventor but what is required for this company to move forward is a qualified management team and capital. At this time I would be interested in an "out of court" settlement; 4 to 8 dollars per share, with an influx of hundreds of millions in capital expense to bring some cutting edge technologies to the marketplace.

The recent PR's only seem to be kicking the "interest can" down the road, nothing of substance, waiting hopefully for a favorable ruling.
