Yes, I'm well aware of RS ramifications fir a co in Normal circumstances, but as stated this is a uniquely understandable situation that many cos may be forced to do. That certainly mitigates the negative sentiment associated w a potential Sney RS, IMO . And, it most definitely beats going back to skid row w all the other scammy scams of the pink sheets .
