Excuse my ignorance, as well, but I fail to understand how a company that has just defaulted as of 4/18, a serious material event not shared yet with their shareholders, and is facing four litigation settlements/new debt: A/G Camofi, Aaronson, and WARF very soon, is not in deep 'shit' and as a non-finance man, it would seem to me bankruptcy would make a lot of sense to the ACTC Board. What am I missing and I am in no way bashing, just beyond perplexed at where we are and at the possibility of waking up some morning to bad news, implied in the 10K, regardless of what an individual might have told a caller to the company assking about bankruptcy?.
