104K shares at $0.099 on the offer. These frauds must be trying to suck out every last penny they can out of this sham before it goes sub-$0.05. I still cannot believe that some on this board think this is a real company. Soon to be sub $1M market cap, no material news, long history of defaulted notes and poor execution all tied in with the constant inability to raise money (now impossible with the imminent sub-$1M market cap on the way) all spells disaster. All one has to do is look at the idiots running and behind this company to see their history of this behavior.
