Charlie.....what makes you think they haven't in B.C.? Looks like they certainly are in Quebec.

And I believe that both provinces now have carbon credits effective 1/1/14.

Of course, the wood pellets can also be very valuable to be usedd on the homeland for commercial and residential heating purposes.
