Not really. What's your definition of new tech? 4k,6k...8k..etc has been around for years. In broadcast and professional industries. And top of the line still photography. Music vids have been made in plus 8K using still cameras. 4K is only 'new' to consumers.
But not new tech by any stretch of the imagination.
Ntek isn't doing a thing that's new.
