It's not Hangover Joe's job to inspect product. This is a duty of the plant and quality control. I have been in the beverage business for years these duties are to be performed by a book of specs that the company provides to the manufacture you do this in all co-packing. This is standard in co-packing. I have my own line of craft beer. We don't go to the plant and inspect bottles this is not our job or duty and is not in the scope of the law for Hangover Joes let them make that argument they have there buts laughed out of court. This is under also law is to be sampled down the line and filled in a book its documented there to have a lab test the fluid the PH levels all kind of stuff you don't have a clue about. Its not the brand duties that what they have the co-packer for there not the manufacture. The manufacture does it to their specs. So we know PLN fraud this which is why we see federal rico filed here. You know nothing about co-packing or manufacturing. I run a beverage business and that was not Hangover Joe's responsibility that what there are trusting and paying the manufacture for your lost again and look like a fool.
