JEM you are 100% correct. Just look at what happened to PHOT. All those poor people owning a 50 cent stock that got shut down by the SEC for stock manipulation are wiped out. Watch what happens there Friday morning when trading resumes. If HPNN was fully reporting, which they never will be I could see the same thing happening here.
