That may be true. However, its been my experience that word of a potential deal almost always leaks out. Stock volumes and price start to sneak up before an announcement.

I would truly like someone here to give me a couple of examples of companies stock prices moving lower before a buyout. I am so invested in this stock that these examples would help me to relax a bit.
