I still say there is more risk of being OUT than of being in. Yes, even ion the short term.

If the permit does not come "today", or this week (Or month), then next week (And month) the same hope will still be there. the same people saying it is in the bag will say it again. And if it dips, the same buyers will come back in and buy again. That will hold the price from dipping too much, as has been seen the last few months. So, the downside while we wait is pretty small, IMHO. If, on the other hand, the permit is issued though, the stock screams, and we go up significantly.

So I see it as a gamble that has LOTS of upside if something happens, and a good support with some minor loss possible (Or even minor gain possible) if nothing is announced. I bought a bunch of shares at .0124 and .0133 and those are UP even though no announcement has been made.

Bottom line, I think the two possible outcomes are either 1) mostly neutral with a small gain or loss or 2) a big gain on the news. That's the two choices for the short term, as I see them. So, I repeat. I feel pretty sure that there is more risk being out of the stock than being in it.

Make sense?
