Yeah, I found it. It looks a case of incompetent morons suing other incompetent morons and vice versa. It's actually quite funny. PLN was sealing the bottles with a plastic sleeve that didn't have any perforations so it was almost impossible to open. PLN manufactured at least 20 pallets of product and shipped some to Australia before HJOE's realized no one could open the bottles. And they only found that out because the Australian customer told them. Over 500,000 bottles were manufactured and no one from HJOE's had a clue that none of those bottles had the perforations and could not be opened. I guess they never heard of Quality Control. PLN claimed they had a machine that could perforate the sleeves, it wasn't until after 100's of thousands of defective bottles were shipped that someone from HJOE's actually decided to check to see if they had this machine. And it turns out that PLN was trying to do it by hand. This is the funniest thing I ever read. What a bunch of morons
