By toothless I mean no CEO can tell me what I can or cannot post when he sends me an email and everybody knows it, no matter how slimy the CEO and now matter what his signature says.

Anyway that red herring bullshit is irrelevant. His approval of what can be posted on IHUB has nothing to do with his signature. He doesn't say "you have my permission to share this email." He specifically uses the word "POST."
