There's no patent infringement without a camera, Wilma.
REVO patent involves use of a camera. With no camera in the set-up there's no patent infringement.

Unfortunately, for REVO, it doesn't follow that there's an infringement just because there is a camera in the set-up.

The similar names is about all that these products have in common.
