It would also explain having such a high profile Board of Directors to add value to a NASDAQ listed company. I really don't think someone like John Germinario would want to be involved with a pink sheet company unless it wasn't going to be a pink sheet company for long. He's definitely an NYSE, NASDAQ type of person. we are on the most speculative exchange in America right now. John Germinario does not seem like a speculator to me. I think there's something big we do not know about yet. In the PR it specifically stated that one of John Germinario's tasks is to engage in mergers and acquisitions. Let some big pharma company pay 3.5 billion dollars for each of our shares at 1 dollar and I'd be happy. Would anyone else like that? I'd also be cool giving up ore equity in our future revenue if it meant being involved with a big pharma company, As in listed on their exchange due to a merger. Imagine being part of a big company with medicines that help dementia, schiztohrenia, high blood pressure, arthritis, BIG PHARMA! I am starting to get that feeling due to John G's recent decision to champion FITX and bring a well established doctor on the board of directors.

And Bill has stated "We will be ready for an uplist IN MAY" and Alan Brochstein said, "OTCQB?" and Bill quickly chimed in "OR NASDAQ"

Its all in the video a great shareholder recorded at the 420 investor dinner. I refuse to let go of these shares at these prices. I'll ride with the dips and wait for this to play out. Imaine selling today for a decent profit only to get license news tomorrow and miss out on selling in the .50's. NOT GONNA HAPPEN TO ME. Mark it.
