I was really curious about this stock so i did some homework and specifically about their purported contract with Mobile Advertising Ventures Ltd, a Thai registered entity and FARE's potential very first sale. According to the KPMG link below all Thai companies are registered with the Department of BusinessDevelopment or DBD.

A surge for Mobile Advertising on the DBD website however yields zero results, neither does a Google search. Over to you.
