Better yet it’s clear that the Hannover House Inc dba Truman Press is not HHSE the public company but is Parkinsons Hannover House Inc. the private company formed in 2004. Hannover House is a full-service home entertainment company involved in the release of films to theatres, home video, television, video-on-demand in the North American marketplace. The company has also been involved with book publishing, and the licensing of international rights. The company was launched in California in 1993 as Truman Press, Inc., d/b/a “Hannover House”, and merged with the publicly-traded “Target Development Group, Inc.” in December 2009. The combined entities are registered in Wyoming and were renamed as “Hannover House, Inc.” in February, 2012.

Effective January 1, 2010, Target Development Group, Inc., acquired all of the shares of Truman Press, Inc., d/b/a “Hannover House” in a stock- swap agreement. The details of this acquisition venture are described in detail within the information statement posted on the OTC Markets Disclosure Statement of December 14, 2009

So now Shefte claims Truman Press was dba Hannover House in 1993. Not true. Hannover House Inc the Arkansas private co. was formed in 2004. Hannover House Inc the Wyoming public co was formed in 2009/2010 via a name change from Target Development Group. Better yet Shefte is Empire Film Group and sells these worthless Arkansas companies as they need shares.

Empire acquires 80% of Truman Press, Inc., dba "Hannover House" by transferring (but partially holding back)a total of 3,000,000 shares of Empire stock in a IRC Section3 68 transaction as follows:
a. On closing, Empire will transfer a total of one-million (1,000,000) shares comprised of the following issues: 416,500s hares to Eric Parkinson,416,500 shares to Vivian Schilling,1 47,000 shares to Fred Shefte, 10,000s hares to Lindsay Van Beek, 5,000s hares to Jon McCallum, and 5,000 shares to Joseph Schilling (the "Initial Shares").
b. Empire will transfer8 50,000 shares to Eric Parkinson and 150,000 shares to Fred Shefte at such point in time during calendar year 2008 that the Hannover House distribution divisions hall have achieved at least $4.500.000 of gross receipts (gross sales less returns).
c. Empire will transfer 425,000 shares to Eric Parkinson and 75,000 shares to Fred Shefte at such point in time during calendar year 2008 that the Hannover House distribution division shall have achieved at least $9"000"000 of gross receipts.
d. Empire will transfer4 25,000 shares to Eric Parkinson, and 75,000 shares to Fred Shefte at such point in time during calendar year 2008 that the Hannover House distribution divisions hall have achieved at least $ 14.000.000 of gross receipts.
e. The Initial Shares shall be protected under customary non-dilution provisions if Empire elects to issue additional shares of Empire stock beyond the shares in issue as of the closing of this agreement

So now there are 2 Hannover House Incs these clowns are playing as well as usin Empire Film Group to create nonsense PR's and shift shares.
