It was a goldmining stock in an area I was familiar with.
Trinity County.
I am glad to see that someone else looks at what is really available as
documentation. Amazing how little of that takes place.
This is an interesting stock, they do things a little differently
which makes it fun. The stock issue thru the Greek company was new.
Maybe it's just the accountant (auditor at times) in me wants to see the back up.
What I see is a person or persons in Vancouver selling stock.
I am somewhat perplexed buy the lack of filing with the SEC, I kind of thought
this would trigger a response (from the SEC), but no evidence of that yet.
I am surprised that few if any people are curious about the merger of IGA2014 into IGA2006. Especially since they didn't give any details of the merger.
It is a perfect vehicle to issue stock but no one seems to pick up on that fact.
I also wonder at the purpose of the Nevada Indie Growers Union. The next merger and a chance to issue stock? That's my guess, but just a guess.
NB: as for helping people, no, people here do not want to be helped.
