If they're really making money hand over fist by mastering films no one wants to see at all and selling expensive high-tech signs that don't really have much tech in them, then why haven't they used some of that money to pay for an audit?
Come to that, wouldn't spending the $120K that they're committed to with the dividends be better spent towards that audit?
Recall, if you will, that the whole GlobalVR/Ultracade debacle, the thing that started David Foley on the road to committing major felonies which have resulted in his federal prison sentence, started when GlobalVR purchased Ultracade on the basis of unaudited financials that proved to be a shambles with tons of hidden liabilities.
So no, they don't get the benefit of the doubt, not when their stated profits don't make any sense at all and not when there's a history of shoddy reportage.
