Again, I am not disputing what you have learned. A post
was presented as a "RED FLAG" item that is a CLEAR
misread from what the company has maintained!!

That seems to happen quite a bit here. I prefer to

GET THE FACTS!!! & only post according to
what I can verify &/or the company has maintained
as often as possible.

In this case the company has NEVER SAID completed audits
in 2014. I am GLAD to hear that they have begun the process.
However, it is MY UNDERSTANDING that the purpose of said auditing
is so that the company can list on an exchange...uplift from the
OTC Current Info, to QB with designs on moving on up from there.

They'll need 2 years of audits & a bunch of other administrative
procedures completed to meet that end goal, we could see this
come together in 2015 but we still have a ways to go here.
