randall, your info on the balance sheet is correct. But the balance sheet is not all that companies are traded on. You can have positive assets but if you don't show a profit you are not making any money and therefore have no recognized trading value because you are not growing as a company. UBRG has had loss after loss in the past years and therefore has no recognized tradable value other than for a quick buck here and there on the company pumps.
