I cannot see any positive. The asset was moved (sold) from one company to another company controlled by the same people. Is there a benefit? I'm very interested in hearing your thoughts on that.

I only see one shell company transferring an invisible asset to another shell company.

If I think in business terms other than pinky terms, I see no upside...only downside.
