How would this even work though? The shares (and the cash) were the payment for the shares of Indie. If VKMLD changes their mind and doesn't pay for Indie it's not like they still get Indie. It would just be back to nothing again, right?

This is actually shaping up to be pretty similar to the prior "PR's" if it doesn't end up going through...?
