The good
- Don't think that's legal, any audit may find out those movements.
- He has already published the land concessions in PR's and in the website.
- No need.

The bad
There's no need to sell assets illegally when you can gain control of those assets "legally". Share holders have already been drastically diluted. Going from 10M shares to 190M (or 130M considering the cancelled ones) takes shareholders participation from 45% to a 2.3-3.5% range.
