If the 87 million shares are issued, then there will be about 88 million outstanding shares (I know the 8k says there will be 125m outstanding, but for sake of argument, let's just use the 88m)
So if the share price is $4, are we saying the company is worth $350,000,000??????
People will say that there are only 1 million outstanding shares, but that is only temporary until the 87 million are given out (which is scheduled to be done within a week from now) so the share price should be factoring that in...
IF you think that the 87 million issuance won't go through (I don't know why there is so much confidence here that it won't go through) than that means the SALE didn't go through, which means VKML didn't buy Indie Growers, which means it's just a mining company shell with no income and no assets, right?
