I think we are very close to having a BOD nominated by shareholders and elected by shareholders.
I don't think Shaun actually controls the vote.
I don't think that the only BOD member can create a new series of stock, then purchase it for $50,000 and suddenly have more voting power than the shareholders who bought their voting rights for millions of dollars.
If this manuever were legal then all pink sheet companies would do it and they would never have another worry about being voted out.
The lawyers and judges will rule on this very soon and if it is ruled in favor of the shareholders we will be having our votes counted soon for a BOD we nominate and the nightmare will finally be over.
