jist1 …. the goal is NOT to have a LEO or a GEO…. but to have a convenience license signed.

when taken to the ITC with only an exclusion order (of some type) as a remedy….we had to prove infringement of valid and enforceable patents from our viable domestic industry

7 years and counting….no infringement found by ITC

if there is infringement found….there will be a license signed.

the scope has gotten narrower….and narrower….

IMO….it's not a matter of if….but when…and how much. Remember that infringing 1 patent in the US doesn't mean the global convenience license rate we might like…will be the end result. Lots of negotiations from both sides….the other side doesn't have to move much until infringement is proven.
