This is a perfect example of that go between a Company's right, and another companies innovation that evolves from technology. Just reading this short news story provokes so many challenges that are presented by both sides.
Each one of these arguments are valid, so who do they turn to, to decide the outcome. Worse once this decision is made what precedent is made for all future claims between these two factions, or any future companies challenge.
