Those options have immediate voting power, at least thats my interpretation.

If he can accumulate 80,000,000 shares on the open market he owns 50% $CMGO have you noticed an increase in volume lately...

At the end of 5 years he is granted another 40,000,000. option he sells 1/2 of the 80,mil he accumulated on the open market at a significant increase .05 = 2,000,000. HE CONTROLS $CMGO ...AND EVEN RECOVERS .0155 option outlay
