Look, when you have 50.1% controlling interest it doesn't mean a darn thing about revenue. Frank and Bob only did this so if anything should unforeseen happen with HFCO that ARSC could still have power to do something about it. Just my thought. See Frank can't even sell HFCO off to another company without ARSC's say about it.
