if there is a promo or a PR, it is to dump those shares - I completely agree with you Joe on that - I will trade accordingly
long term here is out of the question with all the ammo issued -imo one problem is the last 16 PRs did nothing and I mean absolutely nothing so it's gonna take a big wild tale for stimulation at this point - if we see more promo guys loading more down here it will tell the story
