I also read the 10k. Investorhm is without question correct. In addition Luxeguy (actually working in the beverage industry) speaking with Matt Veal (the CEO) did some important boots on the ground recon with very encouraging results to report as well.

Can anyone show a reason to focus on the relatively minuscule negative aspects of the past that are being ushered out with great success.

A very aggressive plan is in action here. I applaud the current management of the company for its efforts and business acumen. This is positively a new era for this company with such a "great amount" of positive information to report.

In due time all the current business activity will come to fruition and produce a very bright future for this company and its stock holders.
