WOW Moneymade.....I have to wonder what the actual float is here, it must be tiny! Just over 25M O/S....45M A/S.....with majority shares being held by California Equity, LLC. So...indeed, this shell is controlled by Dr. Soon-Shiong. Now re-instated, is Dr Shiong now planning to execute his vision of a comprehensive health information highway system throughout the US via the KEYO shell? Very well could be! I see .10- .20 short term.....and after that when the plan is made public, we could see a SPEA type run (.10 to $25 per share)! With the connection here, it is not too outrageous to believe that could happen. KEYO is the type of shell play dreams are made of!
