The SEC simply doesn't have the manpower to cover the several thousand equities on the OTC to police trading violations. Several phone calls and filing complaints with the SEC goes no where. Their advice is to get the equity listed on a regulated exch such as the NASDAQ ASAP so that the SEC can police the MMs actions.
