If Reid files it will be on the SEC EDGAR data base. But he said he anticipates which is another delay tactic like all his recent Facebook posts and his few PR's...all just to buy more time and then another reason the dealy...whether it be internal to the company or 3rd party intervention lol...that Reid really knows how to buy time and string KMAG share holders along.
