Hi betymap. I didn't see "parent affiliate" as an option just who referred you. Regarding Synergy Level, it will default to Synergy 2 if you leave it blank, otherwise you can put in a different number. A description of the synergy levels is in a .pdf on that page.
The company still has everyone's info from before it's just that many emails ended up not being valid, especially since some people, such as original founder's like you and me, signed up over 2 years ago. I let the company know that many people were not receiving yesterday's email blast. The company had been moving to new servers over the past few months too for increased security protection also.
I understand that Lenny wanted to make absolutely sure that he had everyone's current information. Having folks resubmit their information is a way for the company to quickly validate everyone's info manually so they can re-verify information currency. They still have everyone's original submission.
Not everything works perfectly when using a new system to manage a new launch but in this way, the company has more manual control during this critical juncture in launch to ensure everyone's info is up-to-date early on. The company plans to make contact (phone call, letter) with all distributors (to include original founders) to verify their information. When one fills out yesterday's link, that's one less call or letter for the company to make as the distributor/founder's information has been verified by the individual themselves real-time as of April 22.
