I believe more than ever that the company is legit.

Actually same here. I mean one needs to get some explanation for the way the company behaves and treats shareholders; of course mainly how is it possible they keep diluting here. Its not because the company is scam, its because the CEO is totally stupid when it comes to anything else but counting the prawns and how to grow them. He knows nothing about CF, he knows nothing about stock markets, he knows nothing about P/E, about ROI, simply absolutely without any knowledge in these areas.

If its a "good" news or bad news or what news is everyones take. One thing is clear - the way he handles it could seriously kill any potential here, even if SIAF grows into an awesome company. Because before that happens, we can have 500M or 1B shares out by that time

Last but not least - Sandberg is totally an unbelivable waste of our money as a BOD, yes man without any knowledge, seriously no idea why he is in the company. Yap hopefully gets some financing with his contacts or otherwise he is useless as well.

We need external and professional CFO but it looks like Solomon doesnt want any since they have been promising it for ages by now. And its not that hard to find a guy.
