That is not a Bloomberg/Business Week "article." It is a private company profile created on the Bloomberg website by one or more a third parties who simply created a user ID, which anyone can do to create or edit company profiles. Bloomberg itself does not create profiles for profiles for private companies.

In fact, Bloomberg disclaims that it verifies the accuracy of content on its website, much of which is posted by site users.

From the Bloomberg.com Terms and Conditions:

The User's Content

The User grants to Bloomberg the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual right to use, reproduce, copy, perform, display and create derivative works from all material entered into Businessweek.com by the User (other than third-party material transmitted through private electronic mail) in any of Bloomberg's products and services.

Users entering material into Businessweek.com are responsible for the content of that material. Neither Businessweek nor Bloomberg has any responsibility for Other Content, including the content of any messages or information posted by Users or others, or for the content of information accessible via direct or indirect hyperlinks from Businessweek.com. However, Businessweek retains the right, which it may or may not exercise in its sole discretion, to review, edit, or delete Other Content which Businessweek deems to be illegal, offensive, in violation of these terms and conditions or otherwise inappropriate. Please be aware that if you disclose personal information on Web site messages or chat areas, that information may be collected and used by third parties without our knowledge and may result in unsolicited communications from third parties. Such activities are beyond the control of Businessweek and Bloomberg.

You may not input, distribute, upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Other Content through Businessweek.com that:

is promotional in nature, including solicitations for funds or business, without the prior written authorization of Businessweek, or constitutes junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or the like;
is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
you do not have the right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware, or telecommunications equipment;
is harmful to minors; or
constitutes the personally identifiable information of any other person that such person has not authorized you to disclose.
If you see any violations of these terms and conditions on Businessweek.com, please contact us here.

The User agrees to indemnify Businessweek and Bloomberg from all damages, liabilities, costs, charges and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, which Businessweek, Bloomberg, their affiliates, employees, and authorized representatives may incur as a result of either: (i) the User's breach of this Agreement; or (ii) material entered into Businessweek.com with the use of the User's screen name or password. Businessweek reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any such matter for which the User has agreed to indemnify Businessweek and Bloomberg in which event the User shall have no further obligation to indemnify with respect to that particular matter.

Someone also created a Bloomberg profile for Hydraiki Naval, a privately-owned Greek company, which includes a false claim that it was acquired by PVEI on 4/23/13.

People associated with PVEI may be creating and editing these company profiles. Like Wikipedia, anyone can create or edit company profiles and other content on Bloomberg.com. The site itself warns that information posted is not verified.

Bloomberg / Businessweek company profiles are not reliable as a source of information.
